Steel works for Bravo Supermarket Network's warehouse
"Khirdalan Metal Constructions LLC" and "North West" LLC signed an agreement on Project “Lokbatan Distribution Centre/Structural Steel Works” for the construction of food storages of 990 tons on 19.01.2016. For delivering the project, works on steel structures were launched with 68 staff working in three shifts for 24 hours as per a work plan that was drawn up by Khirdalan Metal Constructions LLC in accordance with the Project. The Project was launched at Khirdalan Steel Structures Plant. At the preliminary stage, engineer-constructors prepared the 3D model of the Project. Production process started following the preparation of the model and the drawings. After the sandblasting and painting, the welding works were applied. The process continued with the cutting of the details by means of saws and plasmas. Following the cutting, the process proceeded in hole punching machines. During these procedures, the quality of the done works was always under the control. Later the materials made for the reconstruction Project were loaded on trucks and taken to the place deemed for the construction of the Project. Installation works were started with start-of-art and multifunctional machines (cranes, etc.). The installations were fixed with welding and connections. The project entrusted us was successfully delivered with high precision and responsibility and handed over within a time agreed with "North West" LLC.
